How do I find my local branch?
Use the branch list on this page to open the office that covers your area. Each branch page has the address, phone number, email and the services available locally. If you are unsure which office to call, start with Cheshire East in Sandbach and we will point you to the right team.
What happens when I call?
A local coordinator will listen to what you need, explain assessments and packages of care, and arrange a visit if that is useful. There is no obligation. The aim is a clear, personal plan — not a script.
