FAQ
Questions families ask
How do you help with medication at home?
Trained carers provide reminders and prompts, safe administration as prescribed, help collecting and ordering prescriptions, and digital medication records. The aim is the right medication at the right time, every time, with peace of mind for you and your family.
Do you work with my GP?
Yes. Carers follow your care plan and escalate concerns quickly. We coordinate with GPs and other healthcare professionals when routines change. Missed doses or changes are flagged early, not after the fact.
Is this the same as nursing care?
Medication support is part of domiciliary care, delivered by trained carers. Nursing care is clinical support coordinated with your healthcare team and is arranged separately when it is needed. Your branch will explain which applies.
